Farrell Legal Group specializes in business and fiduciary litigation from pre-demand through jury trial or arbitration, while continuing to maintain an active plaintiff’s tort practice where justice demands it. We regularly represent victims of sexual assault, people catastrophically injured by the negligence of others, and small businesses and employees facing predatory corporate conduct.
We understand that litigation is tough on business, so we prioritize achieving results efficiently so you and your team can get back to work. Our approach remains practical and outcome-focused, whether that means mediation and compromise or aggressive courtroom advocacy.
